Storage

In life it's best to stay chilled, just like Guttzee.

Guttzee is a live product with healthy bacteria, and should be kept refrigerated to maintain the freshness and slow down (virtually stop) the fermentation process.

Thirty days in the fridge is the equivalent of one day unrefrigerated so being left out for a prolonged period is going to make the drink continue fermenting which will affect the flavour adversely and risk increased levels of alcohol.

So please, keep your Guttzee in the fridge!
